You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your dispatch email. Simply locate the tracking number in that email, then click the tracking link included (or visit the courier’s website and enter the number in the tracking section). This will show you the latest updates on your shipment, including its current location and estimated delivery date. If you've received your tracking number but the courier's online tracking has not updated within 24 hours after your order dispatch, it is likely your parcel has not been scanned by the courier company yet or their online tracking system is taking longer to update.
Please note your tracking number is both generated and updated by the courier, so it is best to contact them directly to query the most up to date status of your order.
